Over 30 speakers in a program that offers something for everyone! Plan to attend to hear world experts on diet and nutrition.

Health professionals, producers, researchers and agribusiness professionals met to present and discuss the latest research and consumer trends in functional foods. This conference delivered the latest information on human nutritional science and the healthfulness of functional foods. As well, sessions intended for those wanting to learn more about the production, retail and processing aspects of the functional food value chain were held.

Expert speakers provided key information from the Canadian as well as the international functional food perspective. This conference examined the exciting advances in this field that support healthy living and put information into the hands of Registered Dietitians, while the value chain innovators can use the information to develop beneficial products and capture new markets.
